Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes of course, you can get a 100% refund or exchange a product with a similar value. The product must be returned within 7days from receipt date to get a full refund.

Note that we can only accept sealed items to proceed with the refunds. The shipping cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer.
Refunds will be processed 3 days after receipt of the item.
Can I cancel my order?
We are sad that you are canceling your order but of course you can. Kindly send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as possible but expect a 48hrs turnaround time to complete the process.
If the order is Cash on Delivery and the item is not dispatch, you are not required to request for a refund. Please refer on refund policy.
Damaged or wrong items?
We don’t want that to happen and we are sorry about that. Kindly send us the item condition when you receive the items (for the damaged item). We will send you the correct item, FREE OF CHARGE to compensate for your frustrations.
